How to use this tool
Photo / signature resizer
- Open the Photo or Signature tab.
- Pick your exam from the dropdown — this fills in the exact pixel size and KB limit. Choose Custom to type your own.
- Upload from your gallery, or tap “Use camera” to capture a new one on mobile.
- Check the preview and the size shown below it. If it says “adjust quality slider,” drag the slider left until it turns green.
- Tap Download — the file is saved straight to your device, ready to upload to the form.
Name & date stamp
- Open the Name & date tab and upload your photo.
- Type your name and the date exactly as required by your notification.
- Preview updates automatically. Uncheck Name or Date if your form only needs one.
- Download the stamped photo, then resize it using the Photo tab if it also needs to hit a KB limit.
