Combine several PDF files and photos into one PDF. Add your files, put them in the right order, and download a single file. Everything happens on your own phone or computer, so your documents are never uploaded to our server.
Processed on your device only. Files are joined in the order shown above. Always check the size and format rules in the official notification before uploading.
How to merge PDF files
- Tap Choose PDF files or images and select two or more files. You can mix PDFs and photos (JPG, PNG, WebP). Add more files at any time.
- Check the order. Use the up and down arrows to move a file, and the cross to remove one. The file at the top comes first in the merged PDF.
- Type a name for the merged file, then tap Merge into one PDF.
- Tap Download PDF and open it once to check the pages.
Tips for application forms
- Some forms ask for all your documents in one PDF. Merge them in the same order the form lists them (for example, certificate, marksheet, ID proof).
- Photos are placed on A4 pages automatically. To change page size or rotate a photo first, use the JPG to PDF tool and then merge the result here.
- If the merged file is too big for the upload limit, run it through the Reduce PDF Size tool.
- Always read the official notification for the exact size and format rules before you upload.
Frequently asked questions
Is my document uploaded to your server?
No. The files are joined inside your own browser, on your own device. They are never sent to us.
Can I merge PDFs and photos together?
Yes. PDFs keep their pages as they are, and each photo becomes one A4 page.
How many files can I merge?
You can add up to 30 files at a time.
One of my PDFs was not accepted. Why?
PDFs that are password protected cannot be merged. Remove the password first and add the file again. A damaged PDF also cannot be read.
Will the text in my PDFs stay selectable?
Yes. PDF pages are copied as they are, so text, links and quality stay the same. Only photos are turned into pages.
Is it free? Is there a watermark?
It is free, needs no sign-up and adds no watermark.
