Photo and Signature Joiner (Combine Both in One Image)

Some application forms ask for your photo and signature together in one image. Add both, choose how they should sit side by side, set the size you need, and download one JPG. Everything happens on your own phone or computer, so your pictures are never uploaded to our server.

How to join a photo and signature in one image

  1. Tap Your photo and choose your passport-size photo. Tap Your signature and choose a clear picture of your signature on plain white paper.
  2. Pick a layout: side by side, or one above the other.
  3. Set the width and height in pixels for each picture, the way the form asks. The preview updates by itself.
  4. If the form has a file size limit, choose it in Keep the JPG under. The tool lowers the quality just enough to fit.
  5. Check the preview, then tap Download JPG.

Tips

  • Sign with a dark pen on plain white paper and take the picture in good light, so the signature stays clear after it is made small.
  • Use a recent photo with a plain background and your face fully visible.
  • The size boxes start with common values, but every form is different. Always use the sizes written in the official notification.
  • If you only need to resize one picture, use the Photo and Signature Resizer.

Frequently asked questions

Are my pictures uploaded to your server?

No. The image is made inside your own browser, on your own device. Your photo and signature are never sent to us.

What size should I choose?

Use the width, height and file size written in the official notification of your exam. They are different for different forms, so do not rely on the starting values.

What does “Keep the whole picture” mean?

Your picture is fitted inside its box without cutting anything off. If the shape does not match, white space is left around it. Choose “Fill the box” to fill the box completely and crop the edges instead.

The tool made my image smaller than I asked. Why?

If the file size limit is very small, lowering the quality is not enough, so the tool also reduces the pixel size. A message tells you when this happens. Try a higher limit if you need the exact pixel size.

Can I get a PDF instead of a JPG?

This tool gives a JPG. To turn it into a PDF, use the JPG to PDF tool.

Is it free? Is there a watermark?

It is free, needs no sign-up and adds no watermark.
