Category Certificates
EWS certificate in the Government of India format (DoPT OM dated 31.01.2019). OBC non-creamy layer certificate in the central government format, issued within 1 year of the interview. PH reservation as per Government of India norms.
Unreserved Candidates
Can apply against EWS posts. They are then treated as unreserved candidates and picked on merit only.
NOC
Doctors working in a government, autonomous or statutory body should preferably bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer, or a copy of the “applied for NOC”.

Apply for each post separately, in the prescribed format only.
So a 68-year-old Professor candidate can apply, but a 46-year-old Senior Resident candidate cannot, because the Senior Resident limit is 45 years.
