Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not assume the extension changes your eligibility — the cut-off date for age, qualification and experience is still 03.08.2026, not 13.09.2026.
  • If you have already submitted your application, log in again and upload your photograph and the Para 6 documents; skipping this step can render your application incomplete.
  • Pay the fee only through State Bank Collect — a payment made through any other mode is treated as no payment at all and the application is rejected.
  • Applying for more than one post code requires a separate application and a separate ₹500 fee for each post code; one payment does not cover both.
  • Upload the photograph and the signature in their own designated fields — swapping them, or uploading a blurred or smudged image, leads to summary rejection.
  • Government, PSU and autonomous-body employees must upload the NOC in the Annexure-II format at the time of applying; it cannot be produced later.
  • Once you click Submit, the application cannot be modified or withdrawn and the fee is not refunded, so verify every entry before final submission.
