Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don’t apply before you have completed 3 years of steno, steno-typist or judgment-writer experience — it is counted on the day you submit the form.
  • Choose your category carefully; once claimed, it is final and no request to change it is entertained.
  • Pay the fee before 11:59 PM on 07.11.2026 — a submitted form without a paid fee gives you no right to sit the test.
  • Upload every certificate you want counted in the online form itself; nothing new is accepted at document verification.
  • Give a mobile number and email that stay active until the process ends, as there is no other way for the High Court to reach you.
  • If you are a Government employee, do not forget the NOC from your employer within 15 days of the last date.
  • Don’t wait for the last day — send the form well in time to avoid the last-date rush.
