Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Posting the form at the last minute. It must reach the hospital by 3:00 PM on 21.10.2026, and the hospital will not answer for postal delay.
  • Leaving out the payment receipt with the UTR number if you are UR or OBC. The application is rejected and the hospital will not reply to you about it.
  • Using an old OBC (NCL) or EWS certificate. Both must be issued on or after 01.04.2026.
  • Trying to change your category after you apply. Moving from UR to SC, ST or OBC is not allowed.
  • Applying when you are not eligible, for example if you finished your internship on or before 21.10.2024 or have already done Junior Residency in a government organisation.
  • Waiting for a call or message. The hospital says it will not contact anyone individually, so check its website often for lists, admit cards and results.
