Selection Process

| 1. Screening & Merit List | Applications are screened against eligibility criteria and prescribed qualification; a category-wise merit list is prepared per trade, per location, based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Reservation applies as per the Apprentices Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992 (as amended). |
| 2. Shortlisting for Document Verification | Candidates are called for document/certificate verification in merit order, at a ratio of 1:5 with respect to the notified training slots. Shortlisted candidates are intimated through their registered email. No TA/DA is paid for attending verification. |
| 3. Final Merit List | A final merit list is prepared from candidates who reported for verification and were found suitable as per the eligibility criteria, in order of their percentage of marks in the qualifying examination. |
| 4. Offer of Engagement / Reserved Waiting Panel | Offer of Engagement is issued immediately to eligible candidates, subject to availability of training slots.
