2. Practical Test-cum-Interview
Provisionally allowed candidates are called for a Practical Test-cum-Interview. Selection to the post of Driver is made solely on the basis of performance in this test-cum-interview. Marks, duration and venue are not specified in the notification and will be announced on the official website. No TA/DA is paid for appearing. Mobile phones, electronic devices, watches, ornaments and baggage are not allowed at the venue
3. Testimonials Checking
Original documents including the driving licence, qualification certificates, experience certificate and caste certificate are verified, along with the printed application form and the applicable annexures (Declarations, NOC and Affidavits I to VI)
4. Trial Period
Candidates proposed for appointment must first work on a trial period as determined by the High Court, paid at the daily wager rates approved by the Deputy Commissioner, Chandigarh.
