Selection Process

Stage 1 — Walk-in RegistrationCandidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria report at the venue on 18.09.2026 between 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon with the duly filled prescribed application form. No registration is allowed after the scheduled date and time under any circumstances. Incomplete applications are rejected outright.
Stage 2 — Document Verification and ShortlistingOriginals and self-attested photocopies supporting age, qualification, experience or retired service record and the valid registration certificate are verified. Stage 3 — Walk-in-InterviewShortlisted candidates stay back the same day for the interview. If the number of registered and shortlisted candidates is high, the interview continues on additional dates, which are communicated to candidates on the day of registration.
Stage 4 — Panel FormationCandidates securing 50% or more marks in the walk-in-interview are kept in the panel, which remains valid for 1 year from the date of its approval. Engagement is part-time, temporary and co-terminus with the scheme, subject to renewal as per Society terms and conditions.
