Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Submitting more than one application — only the latest valid completed application is retained and the fee paid on every other registration is forfeited.
  • Clicking SUBMIT before checking the form, since no change or modification to name, category, date of birth, address, mobile number, email ID or examination centre is allowed afterwards.
  • Choosing the wrong category at registration — a change of category is not permitted at any stage after the online application is registered.
  • Counting experience that does not qualify: any stint of less than six months as on 01.09.2026 is ignored unless it is part of current employment, and clerical cadre experience is not counted at all.
  • Signing in capital letters or uploading an unclear photograph or signature — either can get the application rejected.
  • Carrying a ration card as photo ID to the exam or interview, which is specifically not accepted for this recruitment.
  • Leaving the application to the last day, as the fee is non-refundable and the Bank accepts no responsibility for website load or connectivity failures near the deadline.
