How to Raise an Objection

  1. Download the Grievance Form (Annexure-I) from the Board’s notice. Use a separate form for each question you want to challenge.
  2. Fill it in clearly: your name, application number, roll number, booklet series, question number, the answer the Board gave, the answer you say is correct, and why. In the reference line, name the textbook or document and give the page number.
  3. Attach proof for your claim. The notice asks for a copy of the reference you are relying on, such as the textbook page.
  4. Scan the filled form and the proof, then upload the scan on the Board’s Google Form by 5:00 PM on 15.10.2026. Fill a separate Google Form for each objection. The form asks you to sign in with a Google account because it takes a file upload, and it accepts a PDF only.
  5. Send the original hard copies of the form and the proof by Speed Post or by hand to the Secretary, Subordinate Services Selection Board, Punjab, Forest Complex, Sector-68, S.A.S. Nagar – 160062, by 20.10.2026.

Note: The Board will not accept an objection after 5:00 PM on 15.10.2026, or one sent in any way other than the Google Form.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Missing either deadline: the Google Form closes at 5:00 PM on 15.10.2026, and the original hard copies must be sent by 20.10.2026.
  • Putting several objections in one form. The Board asks for a separate form for each question.
  • Sending the objection by email or any other route. Only the Google Form is accepted, and the Board will not look at anything sent another way.
  • Leaving out the proof. The form has a line for the textbook or document name and page number, and the notice asks you to attach a copy of it.
  • Reading the wrong set. The answers differ from set to set, so check the booklet series of your own question paper before you compare.
  • Waiting for the last hour. The Google Form’s own heading shows the window as 12 to 14 October 2026 (5:00 PM), one day earlier than the notice, so it is safer to submit by 14.10.2026.
  • Planning to object later. The Board will not take objections after the final answer key comes out, and the expert committee’s decision is final.
