The exam centre will preferably be at Jaipur, although RUHS may add centres in other cities. Tentative date: 13.12.2026 (Sunday). | Stage 2 — Result and Merit | RUHS declares the result and hands the merit over to the designated authority for recruitment. The role of RUHS is limited to conducting the exam and declaring the result. Appearing in the exam does not by itself give a candidate the right to eligibility. |
| Stage 3 — Document Verification and Final Eligibility | Carried out by the Directorate of Medical, Health and Family Welfare Services, Government of Rajasthan. Final eligibility is decided on verification of all documents and on fulfilling every criterion laid down in the Arthana, notifications and letters, by a committee constituted under Rule 19 of the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963. |

Candidates who did not upload it with the form must upload it on 14.12.2026 or 15.12.2026. Failing this, candidature is cancelled and the result is not declared even if the candidate sat the exam. |
| Stage 5 — Appointment Formalities | Before joining, the selected candidate must submit a health certificate and a police character verification from the concerned Superintendent of Police. PwBD candidates are issued an appointment letter only after examination by a medical board. |

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rushing through Stage 1 registration — once it is submitted, nothing in it can be corrected, and after the fee payment and final submission nothing in the whole form can be changed.
- Submitting more than one application form — a candidate found to have filed a second MODRE-2026 form can be debarred and have their candidature cancelled.
- Assuming the RMC registration can be arranged later — the certificate’s date of issue must be on or before the exam date, and one issued afterwards is not accepted under any circumstance.
- Claiming reserved-category benefits without being a bona fide resident of Rajasthan — such candidates are treated as UR and get no age, fee or category relaxation.
- Leaving the form until the last day — the fee can only be paid online while filling the form, and a failed payment on 13.10.2026 leaves no second chance.
- Carrying a mobile phone, smart watch, calculator, wallet, jewellery, cap or any written material into the exam centre — all are banned, and possession alone leads to cancellation and an unfair-means case under the Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2022.
