|---|---|
| Printed E-Admit Card | A clear printed copy. You must bring it on the day of the exam. |

| Any other document | The notice does not list any. Read the instructions printed on your admit card. |
Exam Day Instructions
| Instruction | Details |
|---|---|
| Reporting Time | Reach your exam centre at least 2 hours before the exam time. |
| Identity Check | Biometric or facial authentication is done at the centre, along with other identification checks. This confirms you are the person on the admit card. |
| Exam Time | Not given in the notice. Check your admit card. |
| Print Early | Take the print-out well in advance, to avoid a last-minute rush. |
| Photo Does Not Match | Tell the JKSSB Central Office in Jammu or Srinagar at once, in person or by email at ssbjk-grievance@jk.gov.in. The centre superintendent and exam-day staff will not accept this claim. |
| Cannot Download | Go to the Board two days before your exam date. Take valid proof that you submitted the online application form and paid the online fee. No claim is heard later. |
| After the Exam | Submit your admit card, signed by you and by the invigilator. |
| False Information | If a candidate claims eligibility by misrepresentation, hiding facts, impersonation or fraud, the candidature can be cancelled and disciplinary action follows without further notice. |

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not leave the download to the last day. If the website is slow or your login fails, you will have no time to fix it.
- Check the photo on your admit card the moment you download it. Photo problems go to the JKSSB office, not to the staff at the exam centre.
- Do not reach the centre late. The identity check is why JKSSB wants you there 2 hours before the exam.
- Do not walk out without signing your admit card and handing it in after the exam, as the notice requires.
- If you cannot download your card, do not just wait for it. Go to the Board two days before your exam with your application and fee proof.
- Do not give wrong or hidden information anywhere. JKSSB can cancel your candidature at any stage if you turn out to be ineligible.
