Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not stop at the email – the hard copy must also physically reach New Delhi by 16.10.2026, so post it early by Speed Post.
  • Do not count CB3 among your four actuarial papers; it is specifically excluded.
  • Get your photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer before you scan and send the form.
  • Make sure the date of birth in your form matches your certificate exactly, or your candidature can be rejected.
  • Keep your email ID and mobile number active, because interview details will only come by email or on the OICL website.
  • Do not treat this as a permanent job – the apprenticeship gives no right to absorption or preference in future OICL recruitment.
