Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Upload an experience certificate that clearly shows joining date, leaving date and the kind of work. If it does not, the form is rejected immediately.
  • Pay the Rs 500 fee separately for every post code, and only online. A form without the fee is rejected, and the fee is never refunded.
  • Fill your name, date of birth and parents’ names exactly as in your 10th certificate. If you changed your name, attach the gazette notification or affidavit.
  • If you work in CSIR, a government department, a university or a PSU, attach your employer’s NOC. Without it your form is treated as incomplete.
  • Remember the two closing dates. Technical Officer and Technician (1) close on 06.11.2026, but Security Officer, Security Assistant and MTS close on 16.11.2026.
  • Do not leave submission for the last day. You cannot edit the form after you submit it, so check every entry first.
