Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not submit more than one application for this post — if multiple applications are received, every application from that candidate will be cancelled.
  • Do not leave the category or sub-category column blank; reservation benefit is never granted later if the claim was not made in the online form itself.
  • Do not wait until 14.09.2026 to apply — the Commission specifically warns candidates not to wait for the last date, and a fee paid after the deadline makes the application invalid.
  • Do not assume the fee will be refunded if you cancel and re-apply — the fee is non-refundable and must be paid again against the fresh application.
  • Do not enter a date of birth that differs from your High School certificate, and make sure the Marksheet Issuing Date or Result Declaration Date of your degree is filled correctly, or you will be treated as ineligible.
  • Do not carry a mobile phone, smart watch, calculator, Bluetooth device or any electronic gadget into the exam centre — violation can lead to a ban from future UKPSC examinations.
