Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not turn up with only a soft copy on your phone — a physical printed admit card is compulsory and entry is refused without it.
- Do not forget the self-attested photocopy of your photo ID; carrying only the original is not enough as per the notification.
- Do not confuse your Trade Test date — T-101 (Fitter) and T-104 (Electrical) run across multiple days, so match your Application ID against the correct date range.
- Do not carry a mobile phone into the examination premises, even switched off — it is treated as use of unfair means and can lead to debarment.
- Do not report at 09:00 AM assuming that is the reporting time — identity verification starts at 07:30 AM sharp.
- Do not email or phone CSIR-NAL asking to change your test date or venue — such requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
