1. Character and antecedents verification
A name in the selection list confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied that the candidate is suitable in all respects, having regard to character and antecedents.
2. Medical fitness
The candidate must be found physically and mentally fit for the post.
3. Production of original certificates
The candidate must produce the original certificates required under the rules and the notification.
4. Weightage review
Weightage marks for experience are not admissible to candidates already working on a regular basis with the State Government as CAS (Specialist) in the same speciality. Any such candidate selected after availing weightage points will have their candidature cancelled.
5. Appointment orders
Issued by the appointing authority once the above are cleared. No separate date has been announced in this notification.

Selection can be cancelled at any stage if false information or any act of omission or commission comes to the Board’s notice. All selections are subject to the final outcome of Writ Petitions and other cases pending before the Courts.
