How to Apply
Visit the official HPPSC website and click on the “Apply Online” link on the Home Page, then open “One Time Registration (OTR) for Examinations”.
Complete “New Registration” if you are not registered already, or log in to your existing OTR account – all live advertisements you are eligible for will be listed on your dashboard.
Fill in your personal details carefully and choose only ONE district of your choice for the Physical Standard Test and Written Test from the drop-down menu.
Upload the required certificates and documents, then give the prescribed undertaking confirming that the uploaded documents are legible, readable and true.
Pay the examination fee of Rs 600 online by Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI on or before 05.09.2026 and submit the application. Take a printout for your records.
Note: Applications received through any other mode will not be accepted and will be rejected straightaway. No correction is allowed in the online application once it is submitted, and no further opportunity is given to submit documents afterwards.
Documents Required

Valid EWS / BPL Certificate
EWS candidates must submit an Income and Asset Certificate, or a valid BPL certificate countersigned by the B.D.O. along with a non-SC/ST/OBC certificate
Photograph and Signature
Latest scanned photograph and signature – blurred images lead to straightaway rejection
Photo ID with Date of Birth
Mandatory at the exam centre – Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence, PAN, Passport, University/College ID or Government/PSU Employer ID
Do not treat 21.08.2026 as the deadline – the Commission has extended it to 05.09.2026, but leaving the application to the final day risks portal congestion.
Choose your district for the Physical Test and Written Test carefully, because no change in the opted district is allowed at any later stage.
Fill the form correctly the first time – no correction whatsoever is permitted in the online application once it has been submitted.
Upload every required certificate before submitting, since no further opportunity is given to submit documents after the application is submitted.
Enter your date of birth exactly as printed on your Matriculation certificate – any variation found later can get your candidature cancelled.
In the written exam, darken option “E” for any question you do not want to answer, because a blank response also attracts the 0.25 negative marking.
If your category changes, inform the Commission in writing at least 15 days before the Physical Standard Test, as no request is entertained after that.
