Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Applying for both posts — only the latest completed registration is retained and the fee paid for the other application stands forfeited.
  • Writing the signature or the handwritten declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS, or getting the declaration written by someone else or in a language other than English — the application is treated as invalid.
  • Leaving payment until after 10.10.2026 — registration is complete only when the fee is deposited on or before the last date.
  • Applying on the strength of a correspondence, part-time, open university, distance or e-learning degree, which is not accepted for either post.
  • Submitting an OBC certificate without the Non-Creamy Layer clause, or one issued more than a year before the last date of applying.
  • Assuming the fee is refundable — application fees and intimation charges are non-refundable even if the candidate is later found ineligible.
