Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Opting for a subject paper you are not qualified for — the notification says to choose only the paper matching the qualification you hold, and the Rs. 200 paid for a paper you later withdraw is never refunded.
- Uploading a photograph taken before 31.08.2026, or one without your name and the date of photography printed at the bottom — both lead to rejection of the application after due process.
- Uploading a plain Widow Certificate instead of a Destitute Widow Certificate, or a community certificate citing your spouse’s name — either one gets the claim rejected.
- Answering the fee concession question carelessly — the Yes or No choice cannot be edited once the application has been submitted, and a false claim carries a one-year debarment.
- Planning to fix mistakes in the correction window — it opens only for three days, from 10.10.2026 to 12.10.2026, and nothing can be changed after that.
- Overlooking that non-reserved candidates with five or more years of government service are barred from the posts that do not require experience, however young they are.
- Leaving the application to 06.10.2026 — the Commission takes no responsibility for last-day website load or failed online payments.
