Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using the wrong email subject line — it must read “Application for paid internship for the year 2026 with Branch code” with your branch code mentioned, or the application may be missed during sorting.
- Sending a hard copy by post — postal applications are not accepted at all for this internship.
- Forgetting the reference / request letter from the Principal or HOD on college letterhead, which is mandatory and is the single most common reason applications are treated as incomplete.
- Not attaching the CGPA conversion formula used by your institute, which the notification specifically asks every applicant to provide.
- Assuming the earlier Hindi date of 18.09.2026 is the deadline — the official Important Dates table says 11.10.2026, but apply early rather than testing this.
- Applying when you are 25 years or above, or when your CGPA is below 7.5 — these are hard cut-offs and such applications are rejected without any further communication.
- Applying again if you already applied under the August 2025 paid internship advertisement — the notification says a fresh application is not required.
