How to Apply
- Go to the MPOnline portal at www.mponline.gov.in, open Citizen Services → Application → ESB, and read the instructions and examination rules for this exam.
- Click Continue and fill the online form completely — your departmental employee code, Aadhaar number or Aadhaar VID, the number and date of your original appointment order, your place of posting, your marksheet number and marks, your permanent body identification marks, and your preference order for the post codes and the four exam cities.
- Upload your scanned colour photograph, signature and two lines of your own handwriting in the prescribed format, along with your original appointment order, DOB proof, category certificate and PwBD certificate where applicable.
- Click Submit, then Proceed to Payment and pay the Rs. 2,000 exam fee plus the MPOnline portal charge by credit card, debit card or net banking. Candidates without a card can pay in cash at an authorised MPOnline kiosk using the Unpaid Application link.
- Print and keep the computer-generated application form and payment receipt. If you spot a mistake, correct it through the correction window between 17.09.2026 and 06.10.2026 on payment of Rs. 20 plus Rs. 40 portal charge each time.
Note: Applications are accepted online only — no offline or postal application is entertained. After 06.10.2026 no correction of any kind is allowed, and the board does not reply to written correction requests. The application number, transaction ID, board application number, mobile number and email ID can never be changed.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not apply unless you are already a serving MP Revenue Department employee with at least five years on a clerical, Patwari or Revenue Inspector post — this is a limited departmental exam, not an open recruitment.
- Do not submit more than one application form; a single form covers all post codes, and a candidate found to have applied more than once under a false identity will have the application cancelled.
