The two notifications use two completely separate login portals. Use the one that matches the CEN you applied under — the other link will not recognise your registration number.

What This Means for You
If your registration number appears in the DV shortlist for your CEN, you must now download your own e-call letter and attend document verification on the date printed on it. If your number is not in that list, this notice does not apply to you and there is nothing to download.
- Open the DV shortlist PDF for your CEN from the Important Links table below and search for your registration number.
- If you are listed, open the download link for your CEN from the table above.
- Enter your Registration Number as the user ID and your Date of Birth in DDMMYYYY format as the password, then log in.
- Check that your name, photograph, post and DV centre are printed correctly, then download the e-call letter and take a clear colour printout.
- Read the document list and reporting time printed on the call letter and arrange those originals before the DV date.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Opening the CEN 02/2024 link when you applied under CEN 02/2025, or the other way round — these are two separate portals and the wrong one will simply reject your registration number.
- Assuming you are called for DV because you cleared the exam — only the registration numbers printed in the shortlist PDF are called for this round.
- Entering the date of birth in any format other than DDMMYYYY, which is the single most common reason the login fails.
- Relying on a generic document checklist instead of the list printed on your own e-call letter, which is what the board actually accepts.
- Carrying photocopies only — originals of every certificate are required at verification, along with one self-attested set.
- Leaving the download to the last day, which leaves no time to raise a correction if your name, photo or centre is printed wrongly.
