- Click the link titled “Admit Card for Combined Co-operative Banking, Non-Banking and Technical Services Examination (General Recruitment) 2026” — it opens the IBPS call letter portal.
- Select Hindi or English, then enter your Registration No. / Roll No. and your Password / Date of Birth in DD-MM-YY format.
- Type the captcha shown on screen and click Login.
- Check the exam date, reporting time and venue address on the call letter, then download it and take a clear A4 printout.

Your exam city was sent separately by email and SMS to your registered contact details; only the admit card carries the complete venue address.
Documents to Carry to the Exam Center
| Document | Format / Notes |
|---|---|
| Printed admit card | A4 printout with a recent passport-size photograph pasted on it. It is handed over to the invigilator at the centre. |
| Valid photo identity proof (original) | PAN Card, Passport, Permanent Driving Licence, Voter’s Card with photograph, bank passbook with photograph, Aadhaar or e-Aadhaar with photograph, Employee ID, Bar Council ID, or a valid current college/university ID. |
| Photocopy of the same photo ID | Essential. Staple it with the admit card and hand both to the invigilator. |
| Aadhaar Card | Required at the centre for Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication. |
| UDID / Disability Certificate | PwBD candidates only — to be brought on the day of the examination. |
| Scribe declaration form and scribe’s photo ID copy | PwBD candidates using a scribe only. The declaration form is provided along with the admit card. |
| Not accepted as ID | Ration Card and Learner’s Driving Licence will not be accepted as valid photo identity proof. |
Exam Day Instructions
- Report at the centre well before the reporting time printed on your admit card — frisking, Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication, photo capture, document collection and login all happen before the test begins. Latecomers will not be allowed to appear.
- The test itself lasts 120 minutes, but plan on being at the venue for roughly 180 minutes in total.
- The name on your admit card must exactly match the name on your photo ID. If they differ, you will not be allowed to sit the exam unless you produce an original gazette notification, marriage certificate or affidavit.
- Calculators (separate or built into a watch), books, notebooks, written notes and any electronic device are not allowed inside the examination hall.
- Do not press any keyboard key once the exam has started — doing so locks the exam.
- If possible, visit the venue a day earlier to confirm the location so you can report on time.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not carry a blank admit card — a recent passport-size photograph must be pasted on it before you reach the centre.
- Do not rely on a Ration Card or a Learner’s Driving Licence as your ID; neither is accepted at the examination venue.
- Do not carry only the original ID — a photocopy of the same document is also mandatory and is collected by the invigilator.
- Do not leave your Aadhaar Card behind; biometric authentication at the centre is Aadhaar-linked.
- Do not treat the reporting time as your arrival time — frisking and biometric checks happen before it, and latecomers are turned away.
- Do not ignore a name mismatch between your admit card and your ID; sort out the supporting paperwork well before exam day.
- Do not guess blindly in the exam — 1/4 mark is deducted for every wrong answer.
