StageDetails
Stage I — English Typing Test (Qualifying)Typing test of 10 minutes on computer to assess a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English typing. Four marks are deducted for each full mistake and two marks for every half mistake; a candidate committing 27.5 mistakes scores 10 marks, and more than 27.5 mistakes means disqualification. Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Filing one application for both posts — SPA and PA need separate applications and separate fees, and a single application will not cover both.
  • Applying under the General category for Personal Assistant — there is no General category vacancy for PA, so those clauses apply only to SPA.
  • Using an OBC certificate issued outside Delhi, or an NCL certificate from an earlier financial year — the OBC certificate must come from the Competent Authority of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi and the NCL certificate must be issued between 01.04.2026 and 31.03.2027.
  • Uploading a photograph older than three months, with a cap, mask or spectacles, or with less than 75% face coverage — candidature is cancelled for an improper photograph.
  • Writing your full name in capital letters in place of a signature — such applications are rejected.
  • Selecting the wrong category while applying — no request for change of category is entertained at any later stage, and name, category, date of birth and mobile number cannot be edited even in the correction window.
  • Waiting until 05.10.2026 to apply — the Court will not be responsible for applications that fail due to heavy website load on the closing days.
