Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Applying without both a valid Permanent Residence Certificate and an APST Certificate – these are mandatory eligibility conditions for this examination, not optional supporting papers.
- Submitting more than one application – only the application with the highest Registration ID is accepted, and fee paid against one RID is never adjusted against another.
- Assuming the form can be corrected later – no change or additional upload is permitted once the application is submitted within the last date.
- Applying for the Finance posts with a general degree that did not carry Statistics/Mathematics (or Economics and Statistics) as a compulsory subject in every semester of the course.
- Uploading a photo or signature outside the exact size limits – signature 40 to 50 KB and photograph 40 to 100 KB, jpg format only.
- Using a birth certificate, affidavit or service record as age proof – only the date of birth in the Matriculation Certificate is accepted.
- Leaving out the 7-year experience certificate or Magistrate appointment order for the two Prosecution posts – the candidature is rejected outright.
