Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Send your objection by email only. The notice says a request sent in any other way will not be accepted.
  • Use a separate Grievance Form for each question. One form covering several questions can be rejected.
  • Do not wait for the last day. The window closes at 5:00 PM on 28.10.2026, and nothing is taken after that.
  • The notice prints the email address twice, and the second one is spelled “gmall.com”. That looks like a typing mistake, so use the gmail.com address from paragraph (a).
  • Check the key for your own set. A different set has different answers for the same question number.
  • Fill in the reference book name and page number on the form, and attach a copy of the page. The form asks for both.
