Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Economics OR Bachelor Degree in any discipline with Statistics or Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognised University. A candidate with a degree in any discipline must have studied Statistics or Mathematics as a compulsory subject in all semesters/years of the Bachelor Degree.
Sub-Treasury Officer (Group-B)
Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Bachelor in Business Administration OR Bachelor Degree in any discipline with Economics and Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognised University. A candidate with a degree in any discipline must have studied Statistics or Economics as a compulsory subject in all semesters/years of the Bachelor Degree.
Assistant Director (Prosecution)
Bachelor of Law from a recognised University with a minimum of 7 (seven) years of active practice as an advocate in criminal courts OR experience as a Magistrate of the First Class.
Assistant Public Prosecutor
Bachelor of Law from a recognised University with a minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience in criminal law practice.
Candidates who have appeared or are appearing in the final semester examination of the qualifying course may apply for Finance and Accounts Officer/Treasury Officer and Sub-Treasury Officer, but must produce proof of having passed in original on or before the date of interview. For Assistant Director (Prosecution) and Assistant Public Prosecutor, the 7-year Experience Certificate or the Appointment Order as Magistrate of First Class must be submitted while filling the online form, failing which the candidature is rejected.

Stage 1 – Recruitment Test (Objective Type) Conditional screening test
Conducted only if the number of applicants is more than the requisite ratio. Total 200 marks. • Finance and Accounts Officer/Treasury Officer and Sub-Treasury Officer: Commercial Mathematics and General Awareness and Current Affairs – 200 marks • Assistant Director (Prosecution) and Assistant Public Prosecutor: Concerned Subject – 200 marks This is a screening test only; marks obtained are not considered for the final order of merit. Candidates numbering 12 (twelve) times the advertised posts, or as decided by the Commission, are admitted to the Written Examination.
Stage 2 – Written Examination 450 marks
Three papers as notified by the Administrative Reforms Department vide F.No.AR/186/2025-US-1-AR dated 24.07.2026: • General English and General Studies (Objective) – 150 marks • Concerned Subject Paper-I (Descriptive) – 150 marks • Concerned Subject Paper-II (Descriptive) – 150 marks Qualifying standard: aggregate 33% of the total written marks, subject to scoring at least 20% in each paper/subject. For PwBD candidates: aggregate 20% with at least 10% in each paper/subject.
Stage 3 – Viva-Voce / Interview 50 marks
About 3 (three) times the number of advertised vacancies (category/post as applicable), or as decided by the Commission subject to candidates securing minimum qualifying marks, are called for interview. Written Examination plus Viva-Voce totals 500 marks, which determines the final merit.
Stage 4 – Document Verification and Appointment
All required documents must be produced in original at document verification, on or before the date of interview/viva-voce. The indenting/requisitioning department conducts the medical test and verifies character and antecedents before final appointment.
