Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not apply if you left SAIL by resignation, VRS, premature retirement or medical invalidation – these applicants are not eligible.
  • Do not send one application for several departments; each department needs its own separate application.
  • Do not leave out the SAIL service certificate or medical fitness certificate – incomplete applications are likely to be rejected.
  • Do not post the application at the last minute; the form must reach ISP within 15 days of the newspaper advertisement.
  • Write an e-mail ID you check regularly, because the interview date and all later updates come only by e-mail.
  • Do not mark the envelope wrongly; it must read “ENGAGEMENT OF ADVISOR/CONSULTANT AT SAIL-ISP”.
